At that point, orders take between 7 and 15 days to arrive. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with information on the status of your order at all times. The price does not include import duties and taxes for countries outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid at customs at the time of collection of the package.
