Thank you for shopping at LOS NOR BRAND. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase.

 

Any return requested from a country outside the European Union must be carried out at the expense of the customer. This includes transportation costs and import taxes from the destination country (Spain), which must be paid within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product. Once the customer has paid both costs and we receive the product in our warehouse in accordance with the conditions outlined above, we will refund the outstanding balances.
