Any return requested from a country outside the European Union must be made at the expense of the customer. This includes transportation costs and import taxes for the destination country (Spain), which must be paid within 20 days from the date of purchase of the product. Once the customer has made payment for both costs and we receive the product in our warehouse in accordance with the conditions stated above, we will process the refund of the outstanding balances.
